Footpaths
The Council takes its responsibities towards the maintenance of its footpaths seriously. It wishes to promote the use of the footpaths in the area for recreation and leisure purposes. There are over sixty designated footpaths in Matching and the council works with the local farmers and residents; Essex Country Care; Essex County and Epping Forest District Concils to ensure they are well mantained.
